Recommended for all ages

 

In a one Hour Tree ID class students wander the woods in groups to identify different types of trees, guess their age and effect on the local life. When the information gathered is compiled it paints a unique picture of the tree-corner of a forest ecosystem.  

 

Students leave Tree ID with a strengthened recognition of trees and their importance to the world.
